Regency lady in walking dress by the sea circa 1819
From Ackermann's Repository of 1819. This back view of 'a lady' in a walking dress reminded me of Jane Austen visiting Portsmouth or Lyme Regis since she and her family enjoyed visiting the seaside, and the identity of the lady is protected from view.
